Deborah Fryer, PhD is an award-winning filmmaker, author and mindset coach known for her signature weave of science, spirituality, somatic integration, intentional creativity and Anatomy of Money practices of embodied ease, abundance, freedom and flow.
She blends her expertise in meditation, mindset, mindfulness, metacognition, movement and mantra with her passion for intentional creativity, narrative and neuroscience in an innovative and holistic approach to creating wealth, wonder and well-being.
A frequent speaker and workshop leader, Deborah brings a compassionate and intuitive approach to helping clients access the flow state, reduce stress and mental chatter, and tap into a deep well of creativity, courage, inspiration and inner peace.
Deborah holds a PhD in Comparative Literature from Princeton University, has been teaching yoga and meditation since 2001, and is a certified Intentional Creativity Guide, a certified Master Trainer of The Energy Codes, and a certified Tapping into Wealth Coach. She is the author of four books and is currently working on her fifth, The Anatomy of Money: Your Inside Guide to True Wealth.
Her paintings explore the intersection of energy and matter, wave and particle, inner and outer landscape and the liminal space of dreams. Deborah is inspired by beauty, the cosmos and Mother Earth.
